June 4, 20232 yr Every Day at Home that Burger wasn't in the starting lineup I whined. Now you see why ! Sox sweep ! Hendriks gets the W !
June 4, 20232 yr Burger has to be in the starting lineup every day. I don't care where he plays, his bat has to be in the lineup every day.
June 4, 20232 yr Twins next embark on the Rays and Jays road trip. Those teams are not as hot as when the Sox saw them, but this could be the moment when the Central has no teams above .500.

June 4, 20232 yr They have some momentum going into New York. We'll see what happens, even with all their injuries the Yankees are still damn good.
June 4, 20232 yr Author I wonder when the last time was that the Sox swept a 3 game series at home with only 1 HR ?

Just the next three weeks look tough. 6-12 wouldn’t surprise me at all. 9-9 would be surviving. But yes, nice pitching against the shitty Tigers.

Yup me neither, but I allow myself time to enjoy a nice win and save thinking about that until they actually start losing in that stretch of upcoming games.

I was just assuming that they are playing 6 games each of the next 3 weeks and so go 3-3 each week....but I could be wrong. Let's just stay undefeated in June until we get to 1st place.

I did too and Pedro better wake up. The sweep was nice and seeing Hendricks pitch that awesome top 9th inning was the 2nd best moment in the game, other than the Burger slam.
