This would be so much the 2022 White Sox to score 14 one night and get no hit the next by the Oakland friggen A's.

The Sox will quickly remind you why they are only a .500 team. They have to hope they can at least split this series and hope the Twins can win their next two.

We all knew the Sox would struggle to score tonight after all the runs last night. It has been that way all season. They are going to have to find a way to grind this out. And Gio and the BP are going to have to keep it close.

Can Romy be this teams every day 2B? He looks like he can be a good enough hitter and has legit pop in his bat. And he is only 26, just coming in to his prime years physically. The question is can he be an above average fielder?

Moncada has all the tools to be great. The question is does he want to be.

These games, where everything points towards a win are just the games that worry me with this team. They need to come really dialed in tonight and Cease has to be at the top of his game.

Been ripping this team most of the season so I need to give credit when it is due. Huge series win against a really good Seattle team. Team showed a lot of fight today. Now they really need to bear down these next 6 games against an Oakland team that can't hit and a Rockies team that can't pitch. Want to see them no more than 1GB when they play the make up game with Cleveland on the 15th.

Sox can't count on KC giving them any help down the stretch. They can only control what they do and that has to be playing every game that is left as if it is a playoff game because essentially it is.

What is the latest word on TA and his return?

Yoan, Robert, and Eloy all need to stay on the field these last 28 games. They have to play through whatever aches and pains they might feel. Need to get TA back and make a legit run with everyone available the last 3 weeks. This is it right now. Put up or shut up. Every game has to be played like a playoff game starting today.

Sox never play well on the West Coast so no.

So what is the word on TA, Robert, and Kopech? When are they expected back?

Managers, coaches ect like TLR know no other way of life. They have no hobbies or life outside of the sport they are involved with. They just keep managing until no one hires them anymore or something like this forces them to stop. Stress is an absolute silent killer. The most valuable thing any person can have in life is peace of mind. Hopefully this is the slap in the face that gets both JR and TLR's attention. It is time to hang it up and try to find some peace of mind away from the game. It is now time for new young blood in the organization.

This current line up isn't winning anything, I don't care who the manager is.

The guy hasn't looked well in a long time. If JR and TLR don't realize he needs to retire now they never will. The time is right now to clean house. Bring in a GM and Manager that have had nothing to do with White Sox baseball. Bring in an entire new training staff that practices all the latest cutting edge ideas when it comes to conditioning and nutrition. Hire a GM who believes in defense and athleticism and finding players who are driven to win.

Should have no problem getting good seats for the last month at the ole ballpark. College football starts in full force this week with the NFL not far behind. Hopefully the place is totally empty for the rest of the home games. That is the only way the fans can show JR how fed up they are. There are a lot of players on this team stealing money this year. This is by far the most unlikeable Sox team of my 45 years rooting for this team.

I know it sucks but we have to root for this team to totally tank in these last 35 games. That is the only chance of significant change happening. If they finish around the .500 mark JR and TLR will use the injury excuse as the reason for a poor season and just run the same shit back next year. This thing has to be burned down. There has to be a new GM, Manager, and entire coaching staff.. Also the entire training staff has to be let go and they need to bring in a full time nutritionist. Almost everyone on this team is 10-15 pds overweight and out of shape. Your a professional athlete. Take care of your body. Other than Cease, Kopech, Vaughn, TA, and Robert everyone else is available for trade. Build with youth, speed, and defense. Get only players who are passionate about the game and about winning. Now I realize JR looks at this team as nothing more than an investment that is gaining value whether it wins or not so the chances of any of this happening while he is still in charge is probably next to none. But we can hope.

I have never wanted a White Sox season to end more than this one. Thank goodness college fb kicks off Saturday and this long Sox fans nightmare can be over.

Could Sheets become the everyday RF going forward or no? Or do you trade him or Eloy or both? You have to give Vaughn 1st next year and leave him there. Then Abreau becomes your DH or isn't back. At the least give Sheets RF the rest of this season, especially how he is hitting of late, and see what he shows.
