I’m not a fan of the 7 innings double header either especially when it’s a split day/night mlb is meant to play 9 innings and if it’s tied to play normal baseball until said game is over!

Looks like from 5:15 onward they can play but sat and Sunday look like washouts minus Sunday night

I’d sit him for 2 weeks and let that hammy get back 100%.. rush it and it’s going to be months and could just hang around all year. GOOD MOVE WHITE SOX

I think you keep it where it is and if he continues being this effective I can see him popping into the rotation after all star break and only having pitched maybe 60-70 innings should give him roughly 80-90 innings over say 15 starts? Again only if needed due to injury or what have you.
