4/$90 is about what I expect him to get because of Boras. Too rich for Sox blood, but if Crochet isn't going to start by 2nd half next year...Sox will have no lefties in the pipeline and that is a bit scary. I think Lopez gets 120-150 innings next year to bridge the Keuchel innings mandate, Kopech only being able to do probably 120 innings or so and hopefully...Crochet getting about 5-7 starts in the second half next year.

Marquee network plus the Sox rebuild timing could result in the shift we are not all prepared for. Add in the strides that the White Sox make to be the more family friendly brand...could we actually see the shift happen? wow.

This is one of those amazing 2020 got wiped out and we have no idea what minors talent really progressed stories. I bet every team across the league has one of these out of nowhere types that is lighting it up.

yeah, hasn't Romy played like 7 positions in the minors? They definitely should get an advanced look at him here...and it's worth saving Tim and Yoan some mileage. Cesar is an interesting case...because that option is only 6 mil, they could always pick it up and trade it to a team looking for a stopgap solution. But I assume Romy would have to be LIGHTS out for any consideration of moving or not picking up Cesar.

Grandal was really the missing piece. his patience and plate approach has really changed this lineup. So impressed with him since his return. he plays like this in october and they make ALCS and hopefully beyond.

and that was the blueprint for a pretty great bullpen showing all around.

I keep seeing the Sox touting Cespedes as sticking in CF...riiiiiiight.
