  1. They are third in baseball in walk rate
  2. The send was the right move. Vaughn just ran like shit
  3. Tony this is not what we meant with being more aggressive on the replay
  4. Moncada has been twice has productive already than Beckham was his entire career
  5. Gordo has the charisma of a wet cigarette butt
  6. Yeah that's not how that works, revenue drives salary, not vice versa. At least it should, it often doesn't anyway but the players getting paid less does not reduce prices of anything

I'm not writing him off either, there's just a hundred scenarios where it was worth the shot that don't end in a white sox world series. They've increased they're certainty in 2021 and 2022. If they aren't still good in 2025 and 2026 it almost certainly isn't because Nick Madrigal is gone.

Idk, this feels pretty myopic. If Madrigal continues to struggle to stay in the lineup, or the Sox successfully self scouted and realized they just traded when the last time anyone saw him was when he was on a heater that he won't match again, it's almost impossible for the trade to not be worth it. Adding Craig Kimbrel at the deadline, when they did, is basically the best possible thing they could have done in an effort to win a world series in 2021.

Feels wrong to have the Yankees below the A's at this point. May have to go look if these are reflected in vegas

I can think of two and it's the ball eeeeeearly in the season that didn't look all that bad, but most LFs are probably getting to it, and his first game in right where he just dropped one. That's about it.

I have zero doubt that trying Eloy at first is a god awful idea.

Madrigal and Crochet both don't really make a ton of sense for them in the current state too. They're miles away and both of them only stand to get them from 65 to 70 wins for the next handful of years.
  13. Hamilton is possible the most snake bit player of all time
  14. Kinda funny how we were just all talking about the impact draft picks have had like month ago and now Burger and Sheets are back in AAA, Madrigal is across town, Burdi is gonzo, and everybody hates Collins. Granted Vaughn, TA and Rodon are still studs, and Madrigal turned into Kibrel, and that's still a damn good drafting outcome
  15. I hate that my brain is going here, but the incident today is going to make it awfully tough for the As to keep the Yankees out
  16. I still just wanna hear his eye is okay
  17. I’m sorry, but all this praise makes me think Reynaldo is going to lay an egg right here
  18. He still will rush a throw here and there but that’s about it.
  19. The danger zone is still really small
  20. Idk how you could come into relieve after that.
  21. Im worried he lost an eyeball dude
  22. I don't need to look at the stats to tell you that's true, he was outrageous for a minute there
