Looking back now, it seems the "Kiel to Indiana" ordeal was all a ploy to get his brother the starting job. He lost it shortly after (because he sucked, and has now transfered). It's really a blessing in disguise, as Roberson looked fantastic for a true freshman and we have a pretty highly regarded QB from California coming in. I'm willing to bet Gunner transfers from ND too.

Evansville got a nice commit last night from Ernie Duncan of Evansville. There's 4 brothers, and he might be the "least heralded" one, as he's the oldest (2014). Could have a team of Duncans by 2016.

Well now that I've cooled down and sobered up, that game was frustrating. The refs didn't cost us the game. Some of the fouls on Cody were mind-boggling, but we get our fair share at home. We knew coming in we had to be 6-8 points better than them, and we weren't the 2nd half. I can only think of one thing that bothered me, and that was Cody sitting so long late in the game. I thought Crean coached well. We scored on an easy basket nearly every single time after a stoppage in play. Oh, and the day Bo Ryan retires is the day the B1G loses the bad reputation they have for offense. God, that offense is so damn hard to watch.

Man Purdue is bad... but is there any doubt they'll shoot out of their minds vs. IU? Hummel is a shell of his old self.

I bet Matt Painter is pissed he didn't bolt for Mizzou. Their fans are getting restless....

Fair enough. And Balta, I'm probably with you on the next year point too. I'm just saying, if they collapse and end up in the NIT, it will be extremely hard to take. Don't see that happening though.

Yes, that makes sense. We should definitely judge Crean by how many games he won his first two years at IU with walk on's and 2-3 star non top 150 players that he scrapped together at the last possible second. That makes a lot of sense compared to Bruces roster of top 150 players. Are you f***ing kidding me? Like I said, last year was disapointing. This year was supposed to be a "bubble" type of year. We sit 15-4 with the best two wins in the country. Once again, are you f***ing kidding me? Crean said himself his first year. "If I had known this situation beforehand, I would have never left Marquette". I honestly still cannot even believe you included those two years. Now please, explain to me how Bo Ryan would have won with Tijan Jobe and Brett Finklemyer leading the team. Please, enlighten me.

I was surprised. Fischer was 6'3" 1.5 years ago, and is now a legit 6'10". Isn't a shooter, prefers staying down low. Just broke his hand and had was evaluated and doctors said his growth plates were still open, meaning he could likely get to 7', as he's grown 3 inches in the last 3 months. Already a top 100 four star and climbing. As for Crean vs. Weber, Creans already done as much as Bruce, with less talent.
