Indians really needed this game tonight looking at getting swept and having to go to NY for the next 3. Hopefully Freddy can settle in. Can't give them anymore the way Westbrook is throwing.

This isn't looking good at all tonight. 1st and 3rd 1 out for the Tribe. base hit 2-0 Tribe. This looks like the real bad Freddy tonight.

Westbrook looks to have his best stuff tonight. Ball is jumping all over.

This team has lost the edge it had last season. They don't have that fire or chip on their shoulder that they played with last year. I guess thats what happens when you finally win the whole thing. This team is not talented enough to just show up and win. They have to do all the little things, the hustle plays, like they did all last season. I can accept losing when the team at least competes. It's time for somebody on this team to stand up and let it be known this isn't acceptable. I will not be at all shocked if the Tigers come in this week and sweep. They are a hungry ballclub, much like the 2005 Sox. They will make this series out to be a very big deal. The White Sox better get their collective heads out of their behinds and do the same.

Living here in MI I get to see the Tigers a lot, which really sucks, but they look to be having the same kind of year the ChiSox had last year. They have had the hitting but now their starting staff is putting it all together. They are playing with so much confidence right now. Every break seems to be going their way. Leyland has really changed the attitude of the team. Other than the Sox so far they are beating the crap out of their Central Division foes like the Sox did last year. Someone has to start slowing them down a little or before you know it they are gonna have a huge lead with no looking back.

I think the Sox would play better if they had to chase somebody rather than having everyone gunning for them. Let the Tigers start taking some of the pressure as the team in first place. I think the Sox perform better when they have a challenge and maybe things were coming a bit too easy for them here early this season. Hopefully all the talk will start about how good the Tigers are this year and our Sox get start feeling disrespected and get that chip back on their shoulders.

Wanted to post this before the game but was away. You had to know the Sox would come out really pissed tonight and put a good whooping on these guys. This team has tremendous character and takes blowing games like they did last night very serious. It's a great thing to see them out and play like they have tonight.
