I would love to complain about how we have to hear about Yermin being the Pecos league a couple times a day in October, how so-and-so got TJ surgery and the battle it took to come back from it, and how Eloy was resurrected from the dead and started hitting without missing a beat.

He's missing three games - and honestly just one really cause you would try to avoid pitching a guy who just threw 40 pitches for a day or two. It's not that big of a deal. Although, if this was the Dodgers they'd put him on the 10 day IL for "soreness" and just call up another arm that can give them a few innings

I think the combination of the expectation of having a deep playoff run, the blown games, and resetting the mindset to a 162 game season from a 60 game season where every loss felt like blowing a game to a division rival in September that has a lot of people on edge.
