  1. Man this rain came out of nowhere looking at the radar
  2. Getting a lead early and getting through 5 as quickly as possible is going to be important tonight
  3. Nobody was talking about TLR
  4. If you didn't care you wouldn't be making a dozen posts about it
  5. Why do YOU care? This was a very nice gesture from the org that I'm sure she and her family/friends greatly appreciated. Tony doesn't even know it's there.
  6. Did he play after falling to the dugout abyss? That had to hurt lol
  7. lmao at claiming it was sunscreen on his hat.
  8. Thank goodness Kopech seems to just have a sore hammy - looked like it could be a lot worse. Nice series win overall, let's do that again vs a struggling O's team and get to 10 games over 500
  9. YoYoIsMyHero replied to Flash's topic in Pale Hose Talk
    Rodon fucks
  10. And the Sox are only 1.5 games up in first thanks to their useless asses getting swept by Cleveland
  11. Cocaine's a helluva drug
  12. Why am I banned from there lmfao, I have zero recollection of ever visting that site
  13. Nothing better than people clowning on a guy then immediately hitting a bomb or saying a starter looks like shit in the 1st inning and then they go 7IP with <2ER
  14. If you don't need to wear a mask then we should really be able to tailgate now.
  15. Fuck yes Eaton in the 2 spot vs a leftie
  16. He could be batting 15 for 30 this month with 10 more singles and 10 less walks and the outcome will mostly be the same.
  17. Doesn't he normally speak with the media first game back after a road trip? Not expecting much news, but I'm hopeful there's some good news at least.
  18. Some people have absolutely no idea what they're talking about, and that's putting it extremely lightly.
  19. Oddly enough Gallo is struggling vs RHP this year. Haniger is doing well with both. He's arb eligible after this year, but I agree I wouldn't want to give up a ton for him either. Haniger: RHP: .266/.324/.539/.863 OPS LHP: .222/.256/.556/.812 OPS Gallo: RHP: .198/.343/.349/.692 OPS LHP: .234/.372/.406/.778 OPS Edit: As for the injuries, it looks like that foul ball to the nuts in 2019 led to more issues that bled into last year. He looks fully healed and it's showing. https://www.seattletimes.com/sports/mariners/mariners-mitch-haniger-injury-update-rehab-justin-verlander/
  20. Mailbag from Jim Bowden with a question about the Sox OF targets: https://theathletic.com/2603030/2021/05/21/max-scherzer-scenarios-outfield-targets-for-white-sox-yankees-cf-options-jim-bowden-weighs-your-trade-proposals/ I think Haniger is the most realistic trade target because the return prospect package would be the least of the four players you listed, and for the Mariners, it would open right field for uber prospect Julio Rodríguez, who should be ready for promotion by the trade deadline. The Marlins and Cubs hope to be in the wild-card race at the deadline, so they might decide to keep Marte and Bryant, respectively. The Cubs’ asking price on Bryant has been exorbitant. They’ll have to significantly lower it if they want to trade him. Gallo is an interesting trade target for the White Sox because his big left-handed power bat would really balance out their lineup if Adam Eaton doesn’t turn things around. Gallo/Haniger pls
  21. We're all shitposting on a baseball team forum, let's not act like we're doing anything important
  22. btw the count should have been 2-1 to Yermin
