Apparently lots of guys have the same problem and they can't catch it either.

Watching the Detroit broadcast and they were interviewing Alexanders Dad. The Dad looked like he's sweating every pitch. I know I would be.

And That's A Dylan Cease White Sox Winner!
He's going to learn a lot from the guys sitting next to him on a major league bench and throwing to a major league catcher like McCann.

You are of course correct.

White Sox worst AL team in the last decade
We are well underway with putting together the best team of the next decade. Keep the faith.

Just a few tweaks away from very good.

He smiled a little.?

Yonder DFA'd
I agree. You just named 22 players that most of us would agree are of high quality. Add two decent starters and a right fielder to that mix and you have a very watchable team. In a year or two a world champ.

The $$$$ will be spent!
I wish Cordell will start hitting a little bit. He has some nice baseball tools.

It is a major consideration I understand. That is why Eloy was extended so I assume RH is working on those types of things.

Let's sweep the series! Can't sweep if we don't win this game.

This is a good year to bring Madrigal & Robert up and get them integrated into the major leagues. Better to do it this year when wins are less important. We have seen Anderson, Gio, Moncada, Eloy and now Cease all have new guy adjustment issues. Their continued improvement at the major league level actually may be at a faster pace then would have been possible in the minors.

Moncada
We are playing with 2/3rds of the eventual lineup in place. Once Robert, Madrigal & our new right fielder join in...this lineup will make Moncada's numbers and everyone elses grow. Our future lineup will wear down the opposition with it's unusual amount of power & speed. Not long now.

His off speed stuff was really impressive. That fastball will be great once he finds some control. I love that he works at a reasonably fast pace.

GT: Tigers (27-52) @ White Sox (39-42), July 3
Cease learned a bit about himself today. His nerves had him on edge and he saw that he could still beat a major league team. I liked the pace at which he pitched and his stuff looked really good. Was really good with his off pace stuff. Kind of lost it whenever he tried to throw the fast ball through the wall. Learning to be a major leaguer is all part of the maturation process. I'd like to see Robert & Madrigal come up and get their feet wet as well. Every one of these future core need some time to feel comfortable at this level. Rather do that this year when the wins and losses are less important. We can compete next year.

Detroit announcers quite impressed by the expert execution of the squeeze bunt.

Cease in line for the W. I know some of you don't care about wins & losses but they work for me.

Nice when a power guy can also run a bit.
