Has a great bat & arm and seems to call a solid game...what's not to like.

That doesn't mean his price isn't going up and I believe significantly.

Detwiler was the story of the night with only two runs and no walks to a powerful lineup. Has an assortment of pitches and throws everything for strikes. All on short rest. Want to see more of him. McCann & Eloy were also involved in fun moments.

Getting more expensive every day they wait to extend him.

I think we better keep Colome. He has been very useful.

This lineup and pitching matchup didn't seem very appealing but we have seen many worse efforts.

Surprised the hell out of me. He looked very good against a tough lineup.

Detwiler and Palka getting a chance to change some minds with this game. So far...Detwiler taking good advantage...Palka not so much.

Not to get ahead of myself...it would really be something to find a decent starter from are own system we hardly ever heard of. Like McCann it would be like finding something for nothing.

I like that Detwiler throws strikes. Not walking the world is a great trait. His pace is very decent also

Detwiler could do himself a lot of good with a strong performance. With our pitching situation he could get himself a good long look. A first round draft choice with 10 years in the pros. Must have something for clubs to keep giving him a chance. For his sake and ours I hope he's successful.

Detwiler through 4 has shown himself well. He doesn't pitch like he's afraid to throw the ball. Might be up for awhile.
