QUOTE (RockRaines @ Sep 1, 2016 -> 05:26 PM) I think he's like 9th in line. One of the worst 5 star ratings ever. Allen Trieu owns that one. Him and Derrick Green.

QUOTE (RockRaines @ Sep 1, 2016 -> 03:34 PM) Its Speight, we all know it. As long as it's not Morris.

QUOTE (RockRaines @ Sep 1, 2016 -> 01:14 PM) At least 2 losses, maybe 3. Schedule is hard when the entire team is freshman. Its gonna be a different type of year. At least you have a QB that is a huge threat. The public doesn't even know who yours is yet.

QUOTE (RockRaines @ Sep 1, 2016 -> 11:01 AM) Im so damn excited. Even though this is going to be a tough year for my team, nothing beats college football saturday. Stop! Sandbagger!

Only week 1 so hard to make predictions. Based on performances, I'd pick either BR or Maine South. Both with tough week 2 games.

QUOTE (Chisoxfn @ Aug 31, 2016 -> 11:24 AM) They should do it American Horror Show style where each season pretty much fully stands on its own. Anything else and I think it only goes downhill. No! This cast rules and they left off where it can continue. AHS is awful since s1. You're just scarred.

QUOTE (shipps @ Aug 31, 2016 -> 08:07 AM) Just top ten? People are talking about it like it should be top one or two of the year. I may have trouble coming up with another 8 after this and Eye in The Sky. It has been a s***ty year thus far

QUOTE (KyYlE23 @ Aug 31, 2016 -> 09:13 AM) Stranger Things finally, officially picked up for a second season(summer 2017). One more episode than this season There should be ELEVEN episodes. See what I did there?

"Hell or High Water" will be in my Top 10 for 2016

So many emotions during that match. First, I forgot it was elimination and when KO pinned Cass, I popped. Then when HHH pedigreed Roman, I was like ugh, they're going back to that feud. Then when KO finally won I was relieved they're doing something different. Hope KO is treated like a legit champ and not like when authority helped Rollins every match.

QUOTE (bigruss22 @ Aug 29, 2016 -> 04:32 PM) I'm surprised so many people love Eastbound and Down, I enjoyed the first season but the schtick got old for me. I'm enjoying Vice Principals more than I ever liked EB&D

QUOTE (shipps @ Aug 29, 2016 -> 09:06 AM) No TV show has given me the excitement and great anticipation as the Sopranos did. I agree with this. Great options but Sopranos is a top 5 show for me. Even the s4 which was pretty bad had me hooked every week. No love for Dream On of 1st and 10? /sarcasm

QUOTE (SoxPride18 @ Aug 28, 2016 -> 11:00 AM) I'd leave the league. 16 teams with 2 QBs is dumb. Only 1 QB. If it sucks, I'll drop out next year. Didn't want to leave them with odd teams this year. QUOTE (zenryan @ Aug 28, 2016 -> 12:17 PM) Never heard of anything more than 12 teams in a league. How many playoff teams? 6? 8

We had a vote and it was 8-4 to add 4 more players. We do it on Yahoo but I can't do a 16 team mock there. So I went to ESPN and their rankings are totally different. Hate this.

QUOTE (RockRaines @ Aug 28, 2016 -> 08:43 AM) It's pathetic. I think the next step is Suntimes and Tribune becoming 1 paper. Nothing to back that up. Just an opinion.

Our commish added more players and it's now a 16 team league. I hate it and we havent even drafted yet

QUOTE (LittleHurt05 @ Aug 26, 2016 -> 10:46 PM) #firstworldproblems #humblebrag I'll pay the 1.29 on iTunes for a song rather than go up and get the cd I own and put on my phone for free.

Coverage is diminishing in Chicago. Both the trib and suntimes are now bare bones with little to no freelancers. Daily Herald is probably best for coverage now. Kind of sad

QUOTE (southsider2k5 @ Aug 26, 2016 -> 11:51 AM) Good luck man. As someone who has been on that end of HS sports for a long time now, I love it. Hope it goes well for you. Thanks. I have a pretty good Rolodex of writers and connections I've made so figured I'd give it a shot.

I've been covering prep sports around Chicago for about 10 years and decided to try and get a podcast rolling as prep coverage diminishes. You can check it out and subscribe and rate and praise me here: https://itunes.apple.com/us/podcast/preps-3...st/id1145670228 Shameless plug

QUOTE (DBAHO @ Aug 24, 2016 -> 10:12 AM) Random thought of the day, how good is Bobby Roode's NXT Entrance Music... Where have you been the last 3 weeks?

LoL. Had Dr Drew examined her? GTFO

I like Seth, but he needs to stop fn hurting guys. Cena, Sting, and now Finn. Not too mention himself.

QUOTE (chw42 @ Aug 21, 2016 -> 10:20 PM) That's what happens when you have Tom Wilhelmsen as your closer... Diaz has been overworked lately?

QUOTE (ChiliIrishHammock24 @ Aug 22, 2016 -> 02:49 AM) Wait....so you're seeing the exact same show, twice within a 3 day span, at the same venue?? Why does that bother you? You're not going. Pearl Jam still has a huge following. My cousin has been in their Ten club forever.
