I'm on the mission for Loc where I track the guy down, kill him, and take his car. Can't find any car repair. The one I try to go to is far as hell and can't make the 10pm deadline. Any suggestions? I check the big map in the case but can't figure out how to get there.

Wisconsin is probably #1 until they lose. Big 10 needs to have a title game in case of two undefeated teams. Since they have 11 teams, maybe change the name to the Big Conference or something. 2 divisions, east and west, championship game at the end.
