Saw Devin Gage from Curie committed to DePaul. Nice get. Had some knee problems last season. Hope they don't linger.

QUOTE (Brian @ Jan 19, 2015 -> 08:04 PM) So the past few months, Ive become close friends to a girl at the club I work at. She started going out with our group when he would hang out and we have a lot in common. I started having feelings for but she's married with 2 kids. She's only 36, a year older than me. Awhile ago she started texting me about how her marriage was probably ending because they just didn't get along. We text a lot and have a lot in common. She recently moved out and got her own townhouse. We've gone out to lunch a few times but I respect her boundaries right now. I think she sensed that I was rather fond of her so we started talking about us. She said that she has feelings me but doesn't feel ready to date anyone right now. I told her that I assumed she wouldn't until her divorce was final and maybe longer than that. She then said that if we ever started dating than she would have to be honest with me about something and I may not like her when she tells me. Turns out one of the reasons she is getting divorced is because she cheated on her husband with my buddy I work with. I was taken back but she said the usual stuff how it was a mistake, blah blah, and how she hated my buddy because she wasn't the only married woman he had slept with from the club. He has a gf for the last few years, is sort of a player, but never thought he would go as far as to sleep with married women. He doesn't know I know and in the past I've talked about her to him. She told me to stop doing that, and for good reason. I'm trying to be understanding about that, it's not like she cheated on me, but it's just awkward. I think by the time she's ready to start dating, I'll probably be over it. I've been friends with guy from work for 9'years and have lost respect for him a bit, but still like hanging out with him. Sorry for the long story. Yeah...so this blew up in my face as you guys predicted. She pretty much misled me, lied to me, and kinda used me. I was blinded by bewbs.

QUOTE (greg775 @ Jun 20, 2015 -> 07:23 PM) How could anybody not pick Trump over the rest of those clowns? DONALD TRUMP FOR PRESIDENT! Yes. A president that will support and protect these bank CEOs and the super rich. Brilliant choice.

QUOTE (KyYlE23 @ Jun 18, 2015 -> 07:38 PM) Come on now, look at the roster turnover from 2010 - 2013 - 2015. There was a tremendous amount of retooling I remember after 2010 how fans who were new to the Blackhawks were up in arms when they git rid of Dustin Byfuglien. It's just the nature of the NHL and salary cap. They got their core and build around it.

Multiple Victims in Charleston SC Church Shooting
Brian replied to Rex Kickass's topic in The Filibuster
Doesn't matter what his political views are. He is a raging racist. He said so himself yet the media and their Governor want to deny that is the motive. -
Had a phone interview on Friday for a job in Arizona and took an online test yesterday, which I'm pretty confident I did well at. They said they will assess and get back to me. Fingers crossed that I have experienced my last Chicago winter as I move to Phoenix.

Bernstein suspended for one whole day for another tweet about Cheryl Scott after the Hawks clinched. I'm sure he'll still get paid. What a clueless putz.

Stuff leaves me speechless. Guy shouldn't be able to get far with a stupid ass haircut like that. I'm so mature. Shooter reportedly sat in the prayer circle for an hour before opening fire. -
QUOTE (venom4789 @ Jun 17, 2015 -> 01:34 PM) So just saw the sox are doing a promotion that if you wear a blackhawk jersey you get a ticket for 15 dollars. Do you think the hawks will be coming to the game Why would we punish them?

QUOTE (greg775 @ Jun 17, 2015 -> 10:26 PM) I misfired on the Cavs pick, but some of you had to be thinking I was spot on when the Cavs took the lead and were in the ballgame at the half. Those who took GS in six were genuises. Or we just watch basketball and don't throw out pointless predictions with out knowing what we're talking about.

QUOTE (scs787 @ Jun 17, 2015 -> 09:15 PM) Why would Brock not be an attraction if he losses? I'm hoping Seth wins clean and "Stocks it to the authority". He doesn't necessarily have to be a face to stick it to the authority. He's been against them for a few weeks now anyway. Beating Brock would make Seth even more legit. Brock's return 3 years ago was pretty stale, until he beat the Undertaker. Yes, it's a show, but if he loses clean to a guy much smaller than him, who wouldn't stand a change in a real fight against him, that mystique is gone. You'll see. I'm starting to think that WWE is not satisfied with Seth's reign and brought Brock back early to get the title back and have a big marquee match at SummerSlam with him. Hope I'm wrong. Seth's matches have been good. Too bad he is stuck in writers hell. -
QUOTE (flavum @ Jun 17, 2015 -> 12:19 PM) Admit it....you will watch a Lifetime Movie starring Will Ferrell and Kristen Wiig. I still don't understand if it's serious movie or not.

What happens at Battleground? Brock has to win, right? He's not an attraction if he loses. DQ? Lame. -

QUOTE (Buehrle>Wood @ Jun 17, 2015 -> 10:59 AM) Not an ozzie fan but don't know how you could conceivably argue Ditka over him. People forget how overrated he was. Should've won at least another SB. Didn't give Payton the ball on goal line. Gave it to Fridge. -

QUOTE (Rowand44 @ Jun 17, 2015 -> 08:12 AM) Ratings did get a nice bump cause everyone did know he was there. But ya, pretty much a waste of an appearance, that said I'm definitely looking forward to Brock-Seth. Should be held off until SummerSlam. -

I picture what Ross would be saying. What in the hell is this animal doing back here? He was suspended indefinitely?!! Bah Gawd the carnage he inflicts! We're not safe! Cole: oh my. Brock is back. -

QUOTE (The Critic @ Jun 17, 2015 -> 04:05 AM) The return was blah. Staredown, nothing done. Seemed like a waste of time to bring him back like that. The crowd was expecting it and the announcers pretty much no sold it. -
Anyone have an extra room since he's losing his house tonight?

Dallas Bryce Howard sort of evolved from conservative to bad ass. I don't think this is the type of movie to look that far into.

QUOTE (fathom @ Jun 16, 2015 -> 04:33 PM) Yep, thoroughly enjoyed it. Loved the inclusion of the new dinos If I was to nit pick, I'd say I wish there was more animatronics. Seemed like every Dino was CG outside of the bronto that was dying as they consoled it. But didn't retract.
