I workout Mon-Fri. Mon, Wed, Fri, I do a full body lifting routine. Work every body part for 2 sets, 12 reps. Than do 45 mins cardio. Tues and Thurs, just 45 mins of cardio. My biggest problem is committing to a diet. I get bored with one easily.

I wouldn't be surprised if his salary was a major factor in this. Sponsorship is down all over radio cuz of the economy. If they aren't bringing money in to pay him, they can't keep him under contract at that much money. It sucks because like maggs said, Carmen is a good young on air talent, but Mac has the personality and knowledge of a lot of things outside of sports that made him likable and a ratings winner.
