Stoney said we are second in MLB in ground ball hitting rate, and looked like near the top in hitting into double plays. Why do we not adjust to this stat, and hit and run or steal in potential DP situations with one of our faster runners. Results cannot be worse than hitting into DP over and over.

Agree. This is a business. Fans come to the park and spend their hard money, to see a major league lineup. They don’t want to see games punted. In this game, they don’t want to lose a series to the Cubs. That is a big downer. Rest only one of the stars at a time, if you need to, but not two or more.
