I am just going to say it. The White Sox will never win a World Series title with Tony LaRussa as their manager.

  • I’m glad he’s coming back ???

Can't say I'm thrilled. So he's had 2 tweets about keeping and trading Kimbrel and keeping TLR. Which one do we hate more ? I know it'll be TLR by a landslide. But I'm not so thrilled that the team keeps getting older while trading young guys and talking about multiple Championships and years of contention.

I have never wavered from my stance that the year Gio leaves will be our last year of contending in the decade long contention window because the same bozo's are in charge and keep making the same mistakes again and again.

damn it.  I was hoping for that .5% chance he'd step down.

BOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!

It would be a shame if Tony had a few beers and went for a little drive this off season…

Man this isn't even funny to think about, I know you are kidding but I don't want him on the road

Here's to 2023.

Three year contract.

Hopefully he learned from getting schooled by the fatAstros defensive positioning and will catch up.

Hopefully this means Jerry is willing to spend at even higher levels in increasing payroll again.

Hopefully he starts taking some sort of in dugout b12 intravenous injections to improve cognition.

Hopefully he gets sober.

( That’s a lot of hopefully. Shit… )

Gotta get the dinosaur to run out the clock on the solid core

Which is the last year of Giolito as well...and when the Tigers should be right there, and maybe the Royals if their pitching continues to turn a corner.  That said, Sal Perez and Merrifield will soon hit their decline stages.

You sure “fuck this… fuck that…” isn’t the way?

La Russa is not the answer, that much is evident.  You can't fire a manager for incompetence; hire a manager to get them over the hump and the that said manager did the same as the incompetent manager.  It's amazing how inept the Sox org is.

Yeah that’s more like it. Lol

Based.

Well there's this, the off season can't get any worse, hopefully better.

Fantastic news!

Yep. Can really only go up from here

Bad news travels fast.

Hated it. Hope our pitching staff can fair better in next year's playoffs and that the run producers in our lineup are able to hit for more power. To suggest we lost because of Tony is not telling the whole picture.

Nothing like hoping for a drunk driving accident.  That's what you're doing here right?
