Sox win the Central. 2 seed. Guardians are the last wild card. 6 seed. Astros win the west. 3 seed. Yankees/Rays/Red Sox play an eastern division shown down bracket. 4 seed Rays beat the 5 seed Red Sox in the WC round. Then beat the 1 seed Yankees in the ALDS. Sox beat whoever wins the wild card round between Astros and Guardians in the ALDS. Sox vs Rays in the ALCS with hone field advantage. (Does the higher seed get home field in the ALCS regardless of record?) Why not the White Sox!
