  1. Now that’s using your ballsack constructively.
  2. I’m 62 years old. I want to live long enough to see a game here!
  3. Tigers take a 1-0 lead after one, getting my hopes up again. Fuckers.
  4. What’s higher Pham’s fWar or Michael Turner’s self-esteem?
  5. Nice strawman. Well done.
  6. So your starting point is when they had three series against the worst teams in baseball. To their credit they took advantage of the schedule. Other than that gifted stretch or even with that gifted stretch they’re playing exactly the same as the Sox over virtually any span of games other than the full season which the Sox have three fewer losses. They just lost a series to the Royals and let the Jays back in the race. They are not some juggernaut. The Sox get a quitting Detroit, frisky but hopefully uninterested KC and an awful Colorado for their last 10. The Sox are the better team and are winning the division. Book mark this and shove it my face if I’m wrong.
  7. Define “hot team.” Cleveland is 6-4 in its last 10. Same as the Sox. 14-14 since the trade deadline which includes winning 8 of 9 against the dregs of MLB (SF, Colorado and LAA. The Sox are 15-15 since the TDL. Since the ASB Cleveland is 23-21. The Sox are 24-22. Which team is “hot?”
  8. Didn’t see Stick but Chad Powers was awful.
  9. The Sox have been swept by one team, that I can remember, over the last three months and that was a Red Sox team on an historic roll on two occasions. The Guardians aren’t sweeping our Sox.
  10. Magic number to clinch a WC is 20.
  11. Sounds like you’re working toward being an MLB umpire. 😁
  12. Wouldn’t a split give the Astros the tie-breaker? They won the series in Chicago IIRC.
  13. I like the Castillo pick. Does Mune count?
  14. I hope we win three. That would be a sweep. 😁

  16. Overall a good weekend. Got three games off the schedule and picked up a game for the division lead.
  17. One of them will because they’re going to be playing each other more than likely. Then the winner gets the Rays.
  18. This is happening! I’m giddy!
  19. They’ve lazied their way to a 2-2 tie.
  20. If they want to lay down the last week of Sept I’d be good with it.
  21. They’ve won 11 of 12 not sure challenging their effort is viable.
  22. Haven’t lost on a Sunday since June 28. This has to be an act.
  23. I feel like that’s two wins from a team that sees the finish line and is willing themselves to wins! Wow! Great win.
