But we can't fire the players, but we can fire the pulseless wonder JM....
-
or perhaps we could just fire JM? But that would be too easy Common sense says he should of been gone at the break at the very latest. He has had 6 years with this team (I think). 2000 was great, the years before that were fine. 2001 was dissapointment, but I'll blame injuries. Last year and then this year are jokes. Both of these teams had the talent to win the division and floundered and played crappy baseball. under a crappy manager everyone should join in.... :fyou :fyou :fyou :fyou :fyou JM sure makes you feel better

I don't care who we get in there quite honestly, just get Manuel out of there. He's completely WORTHLESS :fyou JM
-
Someone should check JM for a pulse.

Did you really think 3 days off would make a damn bit of difference?

They never had heart in the first place. I'm beginning to think the performances against the Twins and Cubs were a fluke...

Yeap, this is the most important one on the internet bar none.
-
Every since he became a "pitcher" rather than a "thrower." Hell, he might as well just throw the fastball down the middle and let em take their rips instead of nibbling around the plate the whole damn game.

Just outta curiousity, how old do I look?

Why didn't Buehrle start this game? There's no way Colon should have been set up first in the rotation. I know they wanted to put a lefty in there between Bart and Garland, but I figure you gotta go with Mark B in this game to get the 2nd half started right instead of the BS we are seeing develop right now.

Saw the Murderdolls CD at Tower for $18.99 - that's pretty close to 20. Bought it at a used CD store for $8.99 - that's more like it. Used CD stores are the way to go. Most of the $14 CDs at Best Buy are 14-dollar piles of mule s***. To answer the original question, if you're not looking for anything specific, just trying to find music at random, try record labels sites like vagrant.com or epitaph.com. I also go to sites like blabbermouth.net ( for metal mp3s ) and punkbands.com ( for............well, punk ). Every time a new release comes out, BB has it for $10.99, I think it is. Anyone who pays $18 for a CD is a sap. Just stopped in there Saturday morning and all the "hot releases" are $17.99. Is the market price changed based on location? I remember shopping in Florida at Best Buy and they were near $20 there as well. I don't recall anything current anywhere near $12. Even at Target they are $17. CD's at Target around here are all under $15 and are as low as $10 for some new releases...

Anyone who pays $18 for a CD is a sap. Correction, anyone who pays anything for a CD is a sap. Um, no. I have NO problems paying $12 or so for a CD of an artist that I like. I do not advocate stealing a musicians' work -- but that's a topic that I shall not get into. I'd have no problem either if it wasn't available for free. However, since it is, I am not going to pay for it. To me, it's common sense. To others, it could be labeled a lot of different things...

If they do arrest people, I'll be one of the first to go.

Honestly I don't know anything about how his trade went over, that is why I asked. I just know Mike's D would be a god send right now for this team. He was sent to winter ball 4 days before his first child was due to be born - and there were complications and his fiance had been on bed rest for the last 7 weeks. He asked to delay for a week and he was told no. Two days after he was there she went into labor. He was told he could not leave. The day after his daughter was born while watching ESPN he found out about his trade on the ticker running across the bottom of the screen. When he got to Cincy he found out that the deal for Paul was in the works for "a couple weeks". There was no need for him to ever be sent to winter ball. His D would be great. But the fans of this team would murder him because of his K's. I was just going to say, he strikes out way too much.

You're not kidding about the second part, haha.

Steff, who's that in the avatar?

I'm not in the know, but I am willing to bet that Cameron stays in Seattle. Great fans and a great place to play. They're also pretty good if you haven't noticed. In terms of salary, I could see Cameron making around $8 million a season at the most and possibly settling for $6 or $7 mil per season in a long term deal, but I could be wrong.

I couldn't agree more, I think Wright will make an excellent closer.

It all depends on who signed the sweet spot of the ball.

With the DVR and receiver in one, you can do that. If you have them separately, you can't
