  1. "We stink and that's it." What a difference a few weeks makes, I wish a reporter would replay this quote for Mags and I'd love to hear what he'd say now. He'd probably have a good laugh as we all are now...
  2. Guess who's back, back again, PK's back, tell a friend
  3. Gotta hand it to em tonight, one hell of an effort.
  4. http://espn.go.com/mlb/columns/downonthefa...rm/1575867.html Sounds like Joe B is no longer our CF of the future.
  5. HSC, are we still meeting for the Bats-Knights games down here? Who all is coming?
  6. Can you say front runner? Agree 100%. Like I said, where were ya the past few months when all of us stuck with this team. All of the frontrunners are about to come out and claim they were cheering all along, but we all know who the real fans are.
  7. Couldn't agree more. Keith Foulke anyone?
  8. Nice of you to show your face now that we are winning. Now where were you doing the West Coast roadtrip?
  9. Glad to see Mark B back in control as our ace. To all the haters who bashed him for so long, shame on you... Him and Garland have been lights out as of late and I fully expect Garland to win 12-13 games and Buehrle to win 15. Now if we can just get Alomar and Everett to fit in smoothly, we may have something to build on here.
  10. Bad deal for Everett, fire KW NOW
  11. If Cotts is involved, KW is a f***ing idiot. Boston couldn't give this guy away and now we are trading prospects for him? What the f***.
  12. Rios sucks and D'Lo is getting there. It'll be interesting to see who stays.
  13. Still, there's not a good chance he would have been our closer. I like KW's aggressiveness on this trade, it shows we are going for it this season.
  14. There aren't very many lefthanded closers in baseball. In fact, the only one I can think of off the top of my head would be Billy Wagner.
  15. Is hearing "Get Busy" everytime he comes to the plate. Besides that, see you on the flip side D'Angelo.
  16. From TSN: The Blue Jays are under budget, enabling them to assume some or all of the pro-rated portion of left fielder Shannon Stewart's $6.2 million salary in a deal for a starting pitcher. Stewart, a skilled leadoff hitter, would be a good fit for the A's, Royals, Dodgers and Diamondbacks, though Luis Gonzalez plays left field for Arizona and Stewart's arm is weak for right. ...
  17. 1) Sox 2) No 3) Four 4) Magglio 5) Four 6) Five 7) One 8) Yes 9) Hunter 10) Yes
  18. Good thing our REAL ace Mark B is coming through now while Loaiza and Colon struggle
