  1. I love Hawk and you're exactly right, DJ on the other hand needs to go. I'd love a TV duo of Hawk and Farmer, but I wouldn't want to break up the tandem of Rooney and Farmer on the radio.
  2. Yes, abo, hes doing great today. Lets hope he can keep it up. He's at 85 pitches right now, how long do you think he stays in? I'm saying he'll go 8 innings.
  3. For all the Buehrle haters, get off my boy!
  4. I don't like him either and I'll chime in even though my name isn't southsider... Reason being is the contract thing a few years back when he was definitely selfish about a lot of things and handled it in the worst way possible....Add that to the fact that he hasn't really had a great season lately (except for 2000) and there's not much to love about him.
  5. Yea those are monster numbers.... Delgado and Wells both have over 70 RBI's and you're cheering for someone with 37? Give me a break. Mags has played like s*** and has 42....
  6. Just wanted to shake off all the haters once more....
  7. Cough, cough.. ace... E-Lo.. cough, cough.... E-Lo....career high is 11 wins...cough..cough...never been an all-star...cough...cough.... It is the 2003 All Star game. Not the career all star game. That's the problem with most Sox fans. The only thing they go by is what have you done for me lately.... Next year when Buehrle is dealing and E-Lo is back to earth, check back with me....Until then, enjoy the ride from this overachieving "ace".
  8. Cough, cough.. ace... E-Lo.. cough, cough.... E-Lo....career high is 11 wins...cough..cough...never been an all-star...cough...cough.... What have you done for me lately?? Now get up off your knees and let Mark zip his pants up. He is NOT the Sox "ace" right now. Good one Steff, but even your humor won't stop me from loving Mark B.
  9. If we trade Mark B, consider us out of the race. He is going to have a huge 2nd half and will still win 14 games.
  10. It depends if Loaiza get bombed in one of his last few starts before the break. If he does, Halladay will start, if not, then I think E-Lo gets the nod.
  11. Cough, cough.. ace... E-Lo.. cough, cough.... E-Lo....career high is 11 wins...cough..cough...never been an all-star...cough...cough....
  12. Here's a look at Garland's last seven starts, six of which have been quality and have lowered his season era from 6.10 to 4.71: May 17 at Minny - 6 innings, 1 ER in a 3-1 Sox loss. May 23 vs Detroit - 6 innings, 2 ER in a 3-2 no decision that the Sox lost. May 28 at Toronto - 8 innings, 0 ER in a 8-0 Sox win. June 4 at Arizona - 4.1 innings, 7 ER in a 8-6 Sox loss. June 10 vs San Fran - 7 innings, 2 ER in a 5-3 Sox win. June 15 vs. San Diego - 8 innings, 1 ER in a 1-0 Sox loss. June 20 at CHC - 6 innings, 2 ER in a 12-3 Sox win. This guy has been good lately and no one can argue it.
  13. Foulke didn't want to be with the Sox anymore and I think the change has done him some good based on the numbers he's putting up this season. He will most likely make the all-star team if anyone has been watching him...
  14. There's no way we do this. Mark B is our ace and won't be dealt...
  15. Hunter grounded out to third to end the game, Koch picked up the save.
  16. KC now tied for first with Minny.
  17. Rooney's funny...Koch trademark on the first pitch....
  18. 1 down, Koskie strikes out.
  19. Miguel K's, here we go.
  20. Come on Miguel, show em why you're my PTC!
  21. 1st and 2nd, 1 out, Valentin reaches on a grounder to short
