Hoopii-Tuionetoa (Grossman trade) pitched a scoreless 2K inning in relief of Bush, but Caleb Freeman blew a 4-1 lead in the 9th by giving up 4 straight hits including a double and a triple. He followed it up with 3 straight strikeouts to strand the winning run at 3rd and keep it 4-4 to force extras. Elko knocked in the free runner with a single, and Jordan Mikel (excellent name for a Baron) got the save for a 5-4 win. Gonzo was 1-4 with a walk. Baldwin 2-5 with a double and HR. Elko maybe starting to heat up, 2-4 with a walk. The Barons have the best record in AA.

Held his velo throughout. In the Barons' pen, Adisyn Coffey is down to a 0.56 ERA and 1.00 WHIP with just 1ER through 16IP this season. Hope he stays a leverage guy so broadcasters can make "Coffey is for closers" jokes.
