  1. He didn't play today but no imaging or IL stint yet
  2. BMont 2-2 with a pair of 100mph singles EP with a 103mph HR in his second AB
  3. Nice clean win to improve to 34-30. On July 19th last year they beat the Pirates to reach 34-65. 7-3 in their last 10 is best in the division and T-2 in the AL. Still hitting like a top tier offense since Mune hit the IL (4th in OPS, 2nd in SLG, T-3 in HR), will be even more fun when they get him and others back.
  4. ? Newcomb has gone 30+/over 2IP multiple times, he's fine
  5. Unnecessary risk there I think, might have gotten the foot in but the Sox rarely win close calls on the road
  6. No...I believe they're making the opposite point. The idea is that no one cites his past defensive performance to ignore what he's capable of now (ie. not much), but folks do eagerly weight previous years' offensive performance over his current production.
  7. Side note: Throwing HR balls back in is always dumb, but it's especially dumb for a milestone ball that you could haggle some free merch out of
  8. Sox and Braves are the only teams to not yet have a 4+ loss streak this season
  9. Missing those Mune walks at the top of the order
  10. I don't object to Duran being out of this division. Their crooked number was bigger than ours today, back at it tomorrow
  11. I thought it was a trap live but Rikuu sold the hell out of it lol
