  1. He's been stuck on 9 wins for a while, must be frustrating. 10 is the AL lead.
  2. 7 over remains an elusive target for at least 1 more series. Great pitching today though and still a decent chance at the rubber match tomorrow.
  3. Which is why it's unfortunate that Bieber was apparently able to rediscover himself today Toronto's run was a little cheap too, Sox had their chances to match it
  4. Very unfortunate not having a challenge for that high pitch. Toronto makes it hurt more on the next one
  5. Turned back the clock seeing Sox jerseys on the field
  6. MLB also has a tracker, FYI: https://www.mlb.com/draft/tracker/2026/all/team/whitesox It's very slow to update though.
  7. Bieber hasn't quite shaken off the rust after his injury-delayed start to the season. The boys have a chance to secure the series if they can avoid being his get right game. Through 4 starts, he's running a >2 WHIP with 26 hits (7 HR!) and 10 walks in just 17.2 innings. He's allowed at least 1 HR in every game, 3+ walks in 3/4, and gone 5+ innings only once. At the very least, it should be possible to get him out early. Punish him if he runs into the same troubles, or hope the Jays are content with an early hook for him to leave on a high note if he is decent for 4-5 innings. Miles and Corbin are two of their long guys who went yesterday, so good opportunity to keep the pressure on the Toronto pen. TOR offense made some solid contact yesterday and are on the lookout for tells; Vlad got something on Richards yesterday, and a bunch of hard contact including the 2 HRs followed.
  8. Sox are now getting the kind of national broadcast flattery that drives opposing fans crazy
  9. Your first place Chicago White Sox are undefeated since Mune returned to the lineup, averaging 9 runs/game. They're 0.5 up on the division, CLE was postponed and will play two tomorrow. Maybe starting to iron out their road struggles? 5-3 in the last 8 away. Congrats to Schweitzer on his first career W.
  10. Not even close, they've only done it 5 times (including tonight). 3 have been pretty recent though so it feels more common. They are 5th in scoring 6+ though.
  11. He was also high fiving guys and hanging out on the top step of the dugout
  12. Seems precautionary, but Miggy is worth the precaution with the score as is
  13. I just do not understand who people think Reid Detmers is.
  14. Raised our national profile at the ASG so now they let us win challenges sometimes
  15. I wanted him to start the 5th (with someone warming) after they added on. Granted the pen is obviously fresh, but you'd still rather not burn through too many in game 1
  16. He stayed in the game thankfully, but ouch
  17. He got HBP and went on the IL at the end of May. He wasn't good for them, so they've been in no rush to get him back. He's had a couple (phantom?) setbacks and just started hitting again at their FL complex.
