CHGO is neither a major publication or newspaper and both of those things got rid of Sox beat reporters when they were being somewhat successful. This is just another tale in the long line of “company gets VC money but has no idea how to run a company.”

Quero has barely played in AAA and Teel has only played 28 games in AAA and was in rookie ball in 2023, so I hope not. Zero reason to rush these guys for the opening day roster.

The Cubs should be in a far better place than the Cubs are. That's what I'm saying. For what their resources are in the division they play in, they are clowns too.
