Yeah I think it's really time to see if Fletcher/Julks/etc can give you anything more than Palacios. Rojas/Capra should also go for Sosa and Baldwin. Whoever doesn't get to replace Palacios will replace Tauchman and Taylor when they are moved.

You have to get this team as young as possible. Trade Tauchman and get whatever you absolutely can for Slater. Release Taylor and Capra and bring up 4 guys from Charlotte, two of which are Elko and Teel.
