  1. You do raise a fair point I dont really have to worry about watching my mouth at meetings. Sorry for your oppressive work situation, though
  2. Sometimes I wonder if youre an actual Sox fan. Mune's great and all but thats not even a sensible question.
  3. Is this your way of saying you're not apologizing
  4. Hiring origin is irrelevant to the question of quality of the results. Come on man. Thats just elementary logic
  5. 29% of TJS in MLB in 2025 were the Sox and we already know this.
  6. Got to like the long term depth behind Montgomery, Vargas and Meidroth. Antnacci, Bonemer, Carlson, Gonzalez, Bergolla, then if you pencil Cholowosky. Big difference between that and 2020 rebuild where you had Moncada, Eloy, Robert, TA, Vaughn, etc with little to nothing behind them. Catcher should be good with Teel/Quero/Romo. With Zavala back to looking like a legit prospect and Braden looking more and more like a cant miss, OF outlook seems a bit better than I thought. Pereira/Zavala/Montgomery could be pretty good down the line.
  7. Reports on the demise of Samuel Zavala and Jacob Gonzalez appear to have been premature. Seems to me Zavala in actuality is a top ten Sox prospect at minimum, rather than out side of the top 30 as was widely reported. Gonzalez appears closer to prospect he was considered at time of draft. Admittedly that was underwhelming for the pick. He looks likes hes back to actual prospect status at least
  8. That's some good baseball
  9. The only comparison I made was t9 Guerrero. Reading comprehension
  10. Guerrero might be comparable, but that seems like a crazy contract to me to begin with. Could easily see him bottoming out for the last ten years of that. Alonso and Schwarber each around 33.5+ per year on shorter deals
  11. Ohtani, Trout and Betts all had 10 WAR seasons before they signed those contracts
  12. Hell of a game. Go sox!
  13. I don't remember Vargas being this fast on his feet
  14. To me, its a no brainer to re-sign him if possible. Theres all kinds of attributes that makes for a good ball player, but aint nothing that trumps 50 Hr power along with absurd walk rates. Ask him what he wants and either give it to him or trade him. Too valuable to do anything else
  15. You are like a Marxist utopia
  16. We arent far off from full blown Mune mania. Lunar madness, I tells ya
  17. Vargas is on pace for more than thirty homeruns and stolen bases, and more than a hundred walks
  18. Well thats a good sign. Backs a pretty good team. Davis has been awesome. Felt good about him coming into the season, but hes still been better that expected.
  19. Serathony o no seranthony? Esta es la pregunta
  20. Looked like Sewald knew Beni was going to hit that bomb
  21. That was the devil's play. 6-6-6 double play
  22. Munetaka is not a platoon bat.
