If it were up to me, I'd dump all the vet outfielders in favor of Colas, Fletcher and Canario. Colas and Fletcher are still in org so they're not even relevant to question of whether they should have dumped somebody like Janowski for Canario

He was dfa'd because he's out of options and those teams are full of outfielders, whereas the Sox have several vets who are useless to Sox beyond this year while their couple of viable prospects are two years away

I don't see why Ramos should have a spot over Baldwin or Vargas. Or Canario for that matter, in event Sox pick him up. Maybe I'm missing something with Ramos, but he didn't look very good to me

I would argue claiming he was a frontline starting prospect is close to equivalent of saying he's going to be great.

There is a lot of great return, Frontline starting pitching prospect, sold high on Burger talk in that thread there, I wasn't a fan of trade myself
