CUE THE FIREWORKS: THAT IS A WHITE SOX 7-3 WINNER -- IF WE WIN TMR

Featured Replies

That's a winning streak. It has been done before.

Well pitched and well hit game. Some small stuff to clean up on the way to 95 wins no doubt.

I like what I’ve seen from Sosa at first. Should still get Elko up here, though.

sosa is the least of our problems. just cutting vaughn and amaya gives us a much better roster. Get elko up and whoever, ss can be a bad or mid glove, it's a rebuild  year.

Sox with 7.5 runs/game and 1.50 ERA in May

we're sorta rampaging. it's fun, i told someone tonight talking mlb at least we are awful but fun awful. sorta like those teams in the before 2005 era that would score 800 and give up 900. Just a different era but same feeling. Much better than last year if nothing else. A long ass way to being anything but bad.

Great team game Contributions from up and down the lineup and the pitching staff.

Quero my goodness you're almost as hot as Elko !

Quero and Meidroth are ballplayers

Quero will need to adjust when guys just challenge him but he has a legit excellent batting eye, regardless of OBP. Different type of guy then we've had with that type of sabermetric profile, thank god.

We're like a dog used to being kicked then a few days in a row your master says good dog and you stop cowering.

Ha, watching the replay great tag by Meidroth on the altuve CS and the awesome tongue wag after. You want to see that from young guys after good plays. excel and have fun. we need that vibe again.

I don't remember enjoying a single game last year. At least this team is entertaining at times

It seems like, for the young players, Getz is getting the right type of player for what they want to preach. Hopefully power can be found along the way.

City Connect Unis were the stars of the night too.

We somehow have a better run differential than the 18-14 Guardians

5-11 with RISP usually will get the job done.

Break up the Sox...two in a row!

aaron rowand is slowly transforming into a 90s wrestler. possibly bam bam bigelow

I love how those uniforms look on the players. I was skeptical but I've been converted. I might give them my money for a jersey...and Meidroth is slowly becoming my favorite player on the team, so he might be my next jersey.

One of my favorite things about Quero at the plate is that he knows what the situation calls for. He has an excellent eye, will take the walk, but the other night when they needed a run, he expanded the zone on 3-1 to try to bring the run in. Didn't work, but it was absolutely the right approach. Very smart at the plate.

When the Sox win they win in style .When they lose. It's usually somewhat close.

Allow me to hump the leg a little bit but I do wonder what the process is with the Armageddon of relievers and I think some teams are sick of other guys who aren't delivering? I don't know if having a great outing potentially being ruined by a 30 year old journeyman is great for anyone, there surely has to be a deal for like an alexis diaz that requires nothing? Can we not acquire a flamethrower like Santos that we initially traded? I always liked that one guy whose name i forgot. I just need a 102 thrower to solve my entertainment if not the team.

edit: this is response into seemingly lethargic and terrible old 20 year olds with no upside as relievers.

from other organizations................

I have no optimism for the organization............I hate to piss on y'all's  parade but expect a lot of rinse and repeat with Getz then Reinsdorf when it comes to paying players. Odd though paying Vaughn and Clevinger.  We be habitual losing small market fans.
