Not that my opinion matters much, celebrating the 83 team is cool, I don’t have really any connection as I was born 11 years later. But I don’t like it being integrated with the tv graphics and score bug. And it’s twice this year now. Stop it with the 80s lol.

Our lineup is nails as it is. Getting Mune back will be icing on top of the cake. Honestly, next year do we even need to worry about any positional needs? Obviously continuing to build depth because that’s what the best orgs do, but I think our starting lineup is set for years to come, barring a Mune extension. It is so refreshing to know that we really just need to focus on bolstering our pitching in order to continue to contend for championships knowing there aren’t that many holes on the positional side of things.

Generally I like the “brawls” (usually it’s just 2 or 3 dudes throwing punches and everyone else holding them back, with the bullpen arriving about 5 hours late, not sure that really constitutes a brawl). And I think having one tonight would be exciting however, I don’t want injuries. Could care less about suspensions. Injuries scare me. So maybe no fights. Also…if the royals start some s%*# because of a manager challenge, regardless of the score, that’s some sore ass loser petty bullshit. They deserve to get knocked around if they do that.

Y’all. As Sox fans. We earned this. So many years of misery. No longer. And the best part of all this, in my opinion, is you can see a path forward to where this team is winning ballgames past 2026 and for years to come.
