Tiger freakin Woods
thanks Jenks for the link. Rocco is in some trouble

Pat Foley
Awesome to hear. Hopefully the Hawks add some quality FAs and build on last year. I am so excited the Hawks are a relevant team again. Foley will do TV and they will keep the guy who has been doing radio, right? I think the radio guy they got is solid

Tiger freakin Woods
Rocco up one going to 16. He drained about a 20 foot putt after Tiger hit a ridiculous bunker shot to about 10 feet. Tiger missed his birdie.

Mods, I posted this on the SLAM main page, please merge. Sorry!!

R. Kelly acquitted in all counts
damn, that was quick. With that many counts and that little time, there was probably very little discussion.

And that's a Tigers sweep
bad series, but they need to rebound against the Rox and Pit. Biggest concern was the lift and pull swings. At home they were doing a better job of going with pitches, but that was thrown out the window.

ESPN will be all over this sweep, they will bury the Sox and laud the Tigers

HUGE inning here with the top of the order, hopefully somebody is warming

I wouldn't be as frustrated if they were doing this with the opposite field approach they showed for awhile. What drives me insane is that it's the old "lift and pull" style they went back to.

even if MB gives up a solo shot in this inning and he takes a 2-1 loss, he pitched a good game
-
Sox @ DET, 6-12, 12:05 CT, CSN
that was a craptastic inning

Huge AB here, MB needs to limit any damage

I'm watching on the net, what has the approach been? If it's been the oppo field approach they showed in many games on the last homestand and still making outs then I understand, but if it's the approach of attempting to pull everything, then that's a little dissapointing because that's what Rogers needs to be successful

was it Mulder or Hudson who MB faced a few times and the games were insanely quick?

QUOTE (Cowch @ Jun 12, 2008 -> 12:00 PM) Another DP. That's what I love about Mark. I think Another DP was the name of Jenna Jamison's last movie

good job by MB to K Polanco with runners on 2nd and 3rd, I couldn't imagine the amount of knobbing of Polanco Hawk was doing during that AB
