Member #1000!!!
When I switched to this board right after starting soxtalk I transferred all the old stuff and for some reason those that were registered it turned out backwards. So at 127 I was the first to register so #1 would really be 127. Either way were all Sox fans and thats what matters

I'm new to this
It also took me about 20 times to register...I actually think I have about 10 names registered..but after you register...there's never a page saying you've created one. Anyway, WELCOME! Its a problem that I have to address. Been out of town so I haven't gotten to it. Anyway, welcome aboard to the two of ya. Looks like a lot of new faces since I left a week and a half ago

Neal Cotts
I'll definately be at the game he pitches. Also for those interested...the Angels gates now open 2 hours before game time so you can see a ton of batting practice. It was something their new owner just announced and today is the first day its gonna be implemented.

Yep, was in the minors. Been driving for the last 11 hours but back in Chicago. Gonna go to sleep...maybe head to the Sox game today and then I'm home tomorrow back in California. Let me just say Wing is great...but so is Majewski- dead body in the USCF lots?
Ya, they are digging in the back end. They've been digging today and yesterday when Mario drove me by it.- Ricardo Nanita Story
One of our writers thought the same thing.- Minor League Boxes 8/2
Will take a look. Anyone know if any of the teams have double headers coming up, cause it would be sweet to catch more of the games.- Minor League Boxes 8/2
That be my guess.- Wright Has Run Out Of Chances
Nice...get Cotts up there so I can see his debut- Wright Has Run Out Of Chances
Depending on what happens this offseason, is what will happen. If they have a full rotation, you'll see him as one of the setup man and eventually move to the closers slot (Maybe when Koch leaves).- Minor League Boxes 8/2
Wednesday and Thursday were in Kann...so if you know whose pitching then that would be cool too.- Minor League Boxes 8/2
Kohlmeier. Ouch. Son of a b****...why the hell is he in the rotation. Because God hates you. I hope I see Honel and Wing in Winston Salem. What days? Friday and Saturday- Minor League Boxes 8/2

Kohlmeier. Ouch. Son of a b****...why the hell is he in the rotation. Because they don't have anyone else? And because he has pitched pretty well. But they got Rauch, Adkins, Porzio, Diaz, and Cooper? Isn't that their five man now that Porzio is back or are they using Porzio in relief? I know Kohlmeirer has fine numbers, but i don't think too highly of him to the point that he was the reason that Diaz was in the pen for a while. I hate it when non prospects take the spot of prospects.- Minor League Boxes 8/2

Anyone know whose pitching on Monday for the Knights. I'm thinking Porzio goes tomorrow so If thats true then Im thinking its Rauch or Adkins or at least I am hoping it is. Diaz started yesterday and Cooper today.- omg vegas rocks
Remind me of this when I turn 21- Minor League Boxes for Friday
Hummel is one of those guys I can't wait to see. He doesn't do anything fancy but is solid at anything.- NEW MOD AND ADMINS WHILE THE TEAM IS GONE.
Just come on down to Mario's house.- ATTN: Soxtalk Members
Ya, Murcie, Mario and I. Were hoping to have access to the net during most of the trip. Right now I just got back from Downtown Chicago As far as the site, before I left I put it on a new server, but we haven't transferred to it. Things should be fine, but I have Alex all set up.- 3.3 million and counting...
Here are the final totals for the month of July and let me just say I was shocked: 3,996,867- Sox Considered Cotts
Cotts and Reed will definately be here next year. I think Everett will likely be gone and at one point in time Jeremy will become the Sox starting centerfielder. The question is what if Borchard catches fire, cause if thats the case he'll play center with Reed probably getting a full year in AAA (Couldn't hurt, especially considering he will only play half a year of AA). I guess its too hard to call right now, but your right munoz will probably be up at some point in time next year. At 21 he is still amazingly young for AAA. I just hope he doesn't go to pitch in WinterBall again, he needs a summer off to freshen up his arm. - Jason
