In regards to Gaston, I think Cerb did that one. I know I researched Gaston too and I read in a paper from Notre Dame that said he recieved a full ride. I think it was partially due to grades and partially for his ability. They say he's a heck of a catcher though. Not sure why no one heard about him, it could of been because he wasn't signable. To answer you first question I have no idea. In all honesty this is only the second draft I've ever really paid attention to, this one way more so then last years. I knew a few things about other picks, but nothing like I do now.

I've done it a few times and from what I've noticed its cause you don't think you made the post so you go back and hit post again. If its actually double posting then I have no idea. Usually something that happens if the server hangs up for like 5 seconds and it will think you double clicked and make a double post.

Ya, Honel will be in AA sometime this year and then next year he'll probably pitch at 3 levels (AA, AAA and the majors). Especially if the Sox aren't in contention late next season as Honel could come up and gain some experience.

Could he of signed a deal that allows him to finish his season? It wouldn't be standard cause there are the possibilities of him getting injured, but I'm just throwing it out there. Or maybe he talked to his teammates about it and they said for him to sign. I dunno. I do think it would of been a great thing for him to play his entire senior season.

Ya Nachreiner has exceptional stuff. 1st round stuff, but he has absolutely no knees. King is a great hitter with some power potential. He may not of been highly touted but the guy has some skills. He has struggled with Great Falls though. The next Draft breakdown will be on Monday and then we'll be rolling it out each day the rest of the week.

I'd say Yofu gets a shot if the Sox blow this thing up. Otherwise it won't be next year before he sees some time in the bullpen. That was an awesome article on both Reed and Backman. Well my favorite thing to do with my grandpa was to just go over to his house or go on a drive with him. He was always #1 in my book and its why somewhere deep down I always will root for the Cardinals if he was in the playoffs. He'd always tell me stories of the gas house gang and stuff. He'd also play baseball with me all the time (That was like all I'd do every day. I'd play baseball with my friends, again with my grandpa, and then again with my dad during the summer and then go to the pool at night). Damn to go back to those times without any responsibilities what-so-ever.

I think it all kind of went with who was going to be fresh enough to start in the Knights rotation. Also, I wouldn't quite say this is a short term answer. You may see them use Wright in the closers role there to adjust or something like that (Well a reliever role). Who knows, just a little speculation.
