116 pitches for Sale in garbage time. Don Ventura are a real piece of work.

Sale should have been shelved 2 weeks ago. Most of the usual suspect in the lineup. This is not "young player friendly" organization, especially with Cooper and Ventura in the dugout. But I'm sure glad Melky loves Robbie as manager.

With all the holes on this roster, I am more focused on adding prospect depth over MLB roster depth. This team needs to undergo a rebuild. This rebuild can be accelerated via trades and wise personelle decisions made by upper management. Unfortunately, I don't trust upper management anymore... The retooling will likely continue and the sub.500 mediocre baseball will commence on the Southside. Oy vey..... I like this plan a lot. This team is not a couple or even a few players away from contending, heroes to some they may be.

Really the only value that the Sox have to trade is veteran starting pitching. Oh they can shuffle the Danishs and perhaps Micah but leave A ball alone - a lot of talent of which it's still to hard to judge real value. And some want to trade Avi - can't wait to get rid of him. This is his first full ML season and he's doing pretty well. Ridiculous. I listened to a Law chat and someone asked him about Trayce. He says that Trayce is a 70 defensive centerfielder. But he doesn't like the bat at all because the swing is long and somewhat loopy. He hasn't seen Trayce on the Sox, though. So my question, is his swing still long? Or has the pitching coach, perhaps, done something with him. Because if this is sustainable, or partially sustainable, the Sox have another trade chit: Eaton.

He doesn't appear to be a Cooper fave, and Cooper rules the roost. As for Alexei and Soto, yea they could re-sign those guys. But Soto hasn't had a particularly good 2nd half. Albers - gotta sign him. These guys are nothing special. At some point you have to let go. Regardless, they should play all the young players the last 3 weeks. Don't understand why they aren't, other than the fact that maybe Don Ventura believe that they're battling for their jobs, and that a few wins will make the difference. I hope the former is true and that the latter is not.
