Titans take Ben Troupe. Oh well, I forgot about Desmond CLark, who was very good in Denver's offense. Boulware and Strait still on the board.

Nat Dorsey is also still on the board, as well as Randy Starks, DT from Maryland. Wasnt Starks, at one time, a late first rounder? He and Troupe's stock have really dropped.

Boulware is such a physical specimin, I would love to see him in a Bears uniform. He's so athletic, he'd fit in great with us, he'd be a playmaker in Lovie's D. I hope we take him, I hope we take him!

Yeah, he looks like a young Shannon Sharpe, might not have his ability, but still a solid player. I guess the Bears don't like him enough to trade up for him though...

Strait, Boulware, and Troupe STILL there, we're at pick #40. If he fell to where the Bears picked, it would be an ABSOLUTE steal... Im worried that the Titans may grab him though...

Troupe is still there, offer a fourth rounder and our second to move up and grab him. He and Grossman played together, that would really help out Rex a lot.

f***, I bet Detroit takes Ben Troupe... Damn, they have had two very good drafts in the past two years. Last year, Rogers and Bailey in rounds 1 and 2, this year, Roy Williams, Kevin Jones, and possibly Ben Troupe. Their offense is going to cause problems. And the Lions take... Teddy Lehman, not Ben Troupe.

Strait and Tillman, with RW and Azumah as nickel and dime backs respectively would be a nice secondary - combine that with Harris up front. Damn. That's a nice defense...

This is for when Jose Valentin returns. 1.) Juan Uribe - though I might make a switch and put Rowand here, Rowand seems to have good numbers in the leadoff spot. I'm not sure if I want a free swinger like Uribe in the one spot, but until he slows down, I'll stick him here. 2.) Carlos Lee - He simply hits better in this part of the lineup. He seems to take more pitches here, and he sees better pitches, which leads to better average and OBP. 3.) Ordonez - I'm fine with him here. 4.) Thomas - He's OK here too. 5.) Konerko - He's on fire, and he's a lot better equipped hitting in this spot then say Carlos Lee. 6.) Valentin - Break up the righties, plus Valentin performs better lower in the lineup. 7.) Crede - Crede is OK at the seventh spot, especially when he catches fire. He'll provide some nice pop this season. 8.) Rowand - See how he does down here. If Uribe doesn't get the job done, swap Uribe and Rowand. I'm OK with Rowand down here, though. 9.) Olivo - He'll provide some nice pop and some speed in the nine hole, and by no means is an easy out anymore. He seems to be now able to lay off of that breaking ball that's down and away.

Ugh, that 9 million dollar contract to Lee isn't looking good. I know it's early, but....

I really think Lee needs to bat second to be successful, and Konerko should hit fifth. Just my humble opinion.
