  1. Wow. Not surprising given the recent poll of NHL and cocaine %. Prayers for CC.
  2. Saw this on another board. Ayton the 3rd prospect now posting about the Bulls (Porter Jr. and Doncic the other two). https://mobile.twitter.com/NotARoleModeI/st...451901189369861 https://mobile.twitter.com/TheRealC_Los/sta...742717962473472 https://mobile.twitter.com/FilhoDoJordan23/...349398610694144
  3. Zack Collins ranked #9 on the top 10 catchers list.
  4. They gave them a run. Think GS put it on cruise control a bit there. Kris Dunn falling on his face and breaking his teeth didn't help matters though. Bulls bench was definitely better than theirs but their starters are just too much. Great game.
  5. Luckily Bowman started the "getting younger" theme in time. They've got guys now that look the part and a few promising prospects in the cupboard, but it's a bit dire from a couple of contracts. If Crawford is indeed done, no excuse not to play the 24 year old Forsberg and see what you have in him.
  6. Bamba would've been ideal back in the early 2000s as a Ben Wallace type player. His offensive game is really, really lacking.
  7. Cleveland in particular is really in a bind. They have a good asset to trade in that Brooklyn pick but do they mortgage their future to make a run at it with LeBron or do they stay status quo and likely get embarrassed by GS and LeBron probably leaves? Not advocating he has that kind of value, but Mirotic (and Holiday in particular) would look really good with them right now. Then again, DeAndre Jordan would be the ideal get for them.
  8. QUOTE (bmags @ Jan 16, 2018 -> 11:59 AM) Gavin sheets is huuuuge https://twitter.com/whitesox/status/953323853031333890 (is he 2nd from left?) Yes he is. (on a side note, Not sure I see the weight loss with Burger)
  9. https://mobile.twitter.com/JRFegan/status/9...1417345/video/1 Atta boy Moncada.
  10. QUOTE (Quin @ Jan 16, 2018 -> 11:29 AM) Whitley over Kopech? Seems odd. No kidding. I was shocked even over Honeywell too.
  11. QUOTE (Chicago White Sox @ Dec 30, 2017 -> 08:44 AM) As long as he can keep himself in freakish shape and transposes those physical gifts onto the field, I have no problem with the number of selfies he posts on social media. Looking at (I believe) his gf's IG, looks like he's gonna be a father as well.
  12. QUOTE (LittleHurt05 @ Jan 14, 2018 -> 02:54 PM) Blake Bortles is clutch? I don't trust him against a Belichick led Pats team at all despite the Jags D. Brady might be walking to another Super Bowl.
  13. Fernando Tatis Jr looks pretty good.
  14. Fangio is back per Biggs.
  15. I actually prefer Arizona's d-coordinator. Arians supposedly urged Arizona F.O. to promote him to HC and not lose him. That's how much he values him. Plus he grew up a Bears fan.
  16. Props to the Bulls and their FO for putting together the Mom's trip. I know some teams in the NHL do it (Blackhawks of course were one of the firsts to do it) but being the first NBA team to do that (and judging by their snapchats, players LOVED it) I can see other teams copying it. Just a fantastic idea.
  17. Good guy in the clubhouse. Welcome back my Mexican brother!
  18. Dauphin must feel like Jeremy Morin. Love the deal.
  19. https://mobile.twitter.com/BHTVeric/status/...229529388933123 Wow... nice trade for the Hawks (depending on the other pieces not being too crazy).
  20. QUOTE (KyYlE23 @ Jan 10, 2018 -> 11:57 AM) "Starlin, we know you dont want to be a part of a rebuild. So we are trading you to the White Sox"
  21. Not sure which one shocks me more. Quenneville actually having the balls to scratch Seabrook or Erik Gustafsson actually wearing the Indian Head again.
  22. Regardless if he called the plays or not, glad he didn't throw his mentor Andy Reid under the bus in any way. He was nervous, but very honest (maybe even to a fault).
  23. Fitting it was Mel Tucker as the d-coordinator for the Bulldogs who called a cover 2 on a 2nd and 26. We Bears fans are use to his incompetence.
