Might CLinton Bow Out Tuesday Night? Clinton camp converging on New York Tuesday, and shedding staff It's been thought that if/when Clinton does bow out, it would be in NY where she has make nice with her constituency in preparation for when her seat is up again.

Forgive me for my ignorance, by why is PR in limbo? Not a state, but not fully independent. They are still a territory of the US. I dont understand why we "hang on" to these territories. Does PR not want to be independent?

I have it at about Obama +19,435 when PR is fully counted. MT or SD wont give Obama much of a boost since they have such small populations.
