Active shooter at / near Mercy Hospital(?)
"Police had been called to the hospital after Juan Lopez, 32, confronted emergency room doctor Tamara O’Neal, apparently over a "broken engagement," sources said. By the time Jimenez and his partner arrived on the scene, Lopez had shot O’Neal repeatedly, standing over her as he fired the last shots, according to police sources and witnesses." Doesn't sound like "another white male" shooter to me.

James Paxton traded to NYY for 3 prospects
Jon Morosi Verified account @jonmorosi Following Following @jonmorosi More Source: #Yankees mentioned #Mariners SS Jean Segura in trade talks before decision was made to focus on Paxton alone. Segura’s inclusion in the deal would have all but eliminated Yankees as possible destination for Manny Machado. @MLB @MLBNetwork

FA pitchers the Sox could target
I'd go with Eovaldi or maybe Gio off that list.. or make a deal for Gray.

Not FA but interesting.. Buster OlneyVerified account @Buster_ESPN FollowingFo As has been reported, the D-Backs will listen to offers on their best players, including Paul Goldschmidt. Most contenders are locked in at 1B for 2019; the Cubs have Rizzo, for example. Total speculation: One team that could be a great fit for a Goldschmidt deal -- the Yankees.
