After Pujols win the NL MVP, I think this might be the first time in my almost 20 years as a hardcore baseball fan that I haven't had a single issue with any of the award winners.

So it's not like Cutler had this pinpoint accuracy, ala Tom Brady, and it just completely vanished because of Turner. Again, I'm not saying you or SSI are stating that. But it's not like it's not out there.

IMO, we've had one year (1995) in which we had an above average offense. It's mind-boggling how this franchise is just incapable of producing impact talent on offense. While Jay Cutler is nowhere near the caliber of guys like Manning and Brady, even they would struggle with the s***ty supporting casts we march out there every year. It's really getting tired.

Well I guess upon further review this would be an alright move. I checked out the metrics over at Fangraphs and Hardball Times and he can still flash some leather. Any help he could provide to the youngsters would be a bonus. He's a total liability with the bat, though.
