  1. Damn dude, I dont even like the guy but its my background! Hella good job
  2. I actually like it being AJ, Uribe, Crede in the 7,8,9. The only thing I dont really like is where Dye and Rowand are. I would like to see them switched in the batting order.
  3. I was just lookin at some stats. Zambrano has a .455 AVg. compared to Nomars .157 . Also, Nomar only has 2 more RBIs then Zambrano.
  4. Good to see Tony G getting a RBI against Santana!
  5. Well I like two improvements so far: 1.) 7:40 start time for Monday Night Games 2.) Alternate scheduling options for the Sunday night game.
  6. Dodgers beat the Brewers to become the frist team with 10 wins.
  7. I know i might get flamed, but I pick Joe Crede. Last year he came up with so many timely homeruns and just came through in the 9th. Too bad he cant produce on a regular basis. But O well, hopefully Joe has found his swing and could start hitting like he is supposed to.
  8. Depends what else I'm doing in the day. Since it starts at 11 (I think) I'll probably watch the 1st round and a little more. Then I'll go hang out with friends and other junk.
  9. Anyone have any idea what round he's going to go in? I would like to have the Bears give him a look, but since they dont have a lot of picks I dont think theyll take him.
  10. It was the same with the people behind me. (Where were you sitting? I was a row back from the idiot who grabed the ball in the 9th)
  11. I wish the game was a little longer, it was so nice at the park. Awesome game by Buehrle though.
  12. QUOTE(CWSGuy406 @ Apr 15, 2005 -> 11:13 PM) I hope to keep this thread living throughout the season (maybe pinning it will do, if enough people like the idea?). I'll try and keep it easy, I can post how the Twinks did each night, specific players, etc. I have the Extra Innings Package too, so if I happen to watch the game, maybe I can even provide a little bit of insight (OK -- so maybe that's a little far ): Anyways: The Twins (the team that isn't a threat this year, along with us -- remember? :rolly ) beat the Indians, 3-2. Santana went six innings, giving up two runs, striking out ten. Westbrook went eight, allowing three. Martinez and Ludwick homered in the second, tying the Twins 2-2, but the Twins scored a run on a Terry Tiffee RBI. Twinkies are now 7-3 and are riding a five game winning streak. I like the idea, i was gona have the word loss instead of suck but i wanted to emphasize my hate. :finger
  13. and since its not for the knee, they still cant void the contract right??
  14. The fan looked like he rubbed (tried to punch didnt really hit him) Sheffs nose when he went to the wall to pick up a ball. Sheff then swung at him with 2 hands (glove and ball) missed with both and then threw the ball in.
  15. QUOTE(CWSGuy406 @ Apr 13, 2005 -> 09:04 PM) Great chat tonight, too. Lots of good laughs in there. Nice win! Bring the brooms tomorrow -- Orlando Hernandez vs. Scott Elarton. Hopefully we can get a good turnout tomorrow for the sweep!
  16. QUOTE(Goldmember @ Apr 13, 2005 -> 05:31 PM) Not if Ron Mexico has anything to say about it!
  17. We have won all 3 series we have played so far! Lets get the sweep this time!

    XM RADIO

I got XM about 2 months ago. I love the MLB coverage!
  19. QUOTE(Queen Prawn @ Apr 12, 2005 -> 12:51 PM) Brian and I will be at saturday's game. Just look for the guy in a Mariners jersey fighting with a chick in a Konerko jersey. I'll be there Saturday as well, you guys know who is supposed to go for the Ms? I figure its Buehrle for the Sox. (I will most likely be in my Sox Pride shirt with the 1983 Sox hat) edit: It looks like it will be Gil Meche for the M's via their website.
  20. QUOTE(Heads22 @ Apr 11, 2005 -> 10:00 PM) I like mine more. My skills are nowhere near the skills of Goldy Goldmember is the master of sigs!
