I think a lot of people are letting their emotions after a tough loss get to them when talking about Rex. Also our defense did force a lot of turnovers today which is a good thing but we got no pressure on Brady at all. Our front 4 couldnt be stopped the first 5 games and since then.... meh.

These contracts are starting to become amazingly ridiculous.... I wonder how long until the owners get together and do something about it.

Yeah Pruitt looked really good. It seemed like the guards had a really hard time getting the ball to him, but when he got the ball he couldnt be stopped. Also, Chester Frazier dribbles way way too much. I wouldnt say he runs the point better than Dee at all. It wasnt until Jamar Smith came in that the offense got some continuety to it.

Just got back from the Illini game and it was simply awesome. One of the refs were brutal though... the other refs had to correct his calls atleast twice that I remember and he was just bad in general. Some white guy that all he could do was shoot dominated us the first half but was shut down the 2nd half. Crowd went crazy when Jamar Smith went to check in. I thought he was going to be out for a longer time.

Going to my first Illini game today and cant wait for it.

Diamond is overated.... whatevr we end up recieving from the Rangers I really hope Diamond is not one of the prospects involved.

Well I think they play better as a team with Dee and Augistine.... but at the same time when we face the elite competition its going to be hard without those 2 always making plays. Also he only played 1 game but Jamar Smith looked like he tried to stepup and since the injuries id say Carter has been the go to guy. The Illini will surprise a lot of people this season.

Warren Carter looks really good, this was the first game I got to watch... he started off fast but got some ticky tack fouls especially the 3rd one. When we get everyone healthy we might actually be pretty good. We just dominated a team, down 3 starters, that gave Duke fits.
