Benson sucks. The only way we take him is if we can trade them Kelly "I suck" Dransfelt for him straight up. Hell throw in Wunsch to. Just don't give them anyone quality for them. Even a mid-level prospect is too high for this loser. Also the only way I do a Dransfelt, Wunsch for Benson trade is if the Pirates take on half of his salary! :finger

Count me as the minority that doesn't want Damaso or Botch. I mean Botch sucks, but handing the closer role to the guy who leads the team in blown saves is not the answer. For god sakes Shingo has been awesome just give him a shot!

I hope Maggs gets back soon.... In the mean time just put AROW in RF and leave him there. Even if Arow only continues to bat around .260 i'm still much rather have that with some heart behind it then Timo hitting .240 while doggin it.

Timo Perez is a terrible player who talent wise couldn't hold Arow's jock. The point is that when our "career 4th OF'ed" gets traded and ends up becoming a solid starting outfielder I don't want to hear all of you b****ing and complaining. Some guys start off slow. Guys like Jeter, AROD, Giambi. They point is if we don't bat AROW consistantly how the hell is he supposed to work himself into a better rythmn. Either way Perez will never be s*** and if they decide to keep playing him in games then we will continue to lose. He's reminds me of Milton Bradley except for one thing, Bradley actually has talent. Timo does it to cover up the fact that he has no talent.

I just hope that they are more objective then fox. I thought I was watching the Mariners home broadcast with them doing nothing but bad mouthing the Sox and cumming all over themselves any time the M's did anything even remotely right. :fyou FOX

I love Willie Harris and he is an awsome player. I'm starting to worry about the slump Uribe is in lately. Right now no matter if it's 2B or CF we need Willie in this lineup and in the leadoff spot.

I'm sorry but when I saw Dransfelt and Burke coming in ozzie might as well have just gotten a big white flag and just forfited the rest of the game. I don't like either one of them in clutch situations. I'd much rather roll the dice on Valentin and Harris. Ohh well get them tommarrow !

This was just a bad game but to be honest I wasn't expecting a sweep anyway. We just need to go and get them tommarrow.

Personally I don't see how this would be such a bad idea myself. Remember guys we don't need a great pitcher, we just need an average pitcher. This guy would come cheap and just getting us 5 wins would be enough to put us over the top. Also some people just play harder when they are on a competitive team and they have something to prove. It could of been a case of he saw them going no where and just dogged it.

I hope he gets well soon and decides to come here....
