Wow I havent heard much complaining about the defense at all lately. Seems to me like our defensive woes are now slim to none, I'm sure not having DLo has a big part in that.

I'd take Ainsworth/Foppert over a couple of draft picks anyday of the week.

That would be the important stat to me. I've felt he's kept us in the game in almost all of his starts and what more can you ask from a 4th guy in the rotation? I think Big Jon will continue to improve while Dan Wright continues to go downhill. They should really begin to try Wright as a reliever.

Another good reliever is a more urgent priority than another starter on my list.

He expects to get it back after another bad outing? Does that mean he'll keep throwing bad innings to get the job back? Koch has been nothing but a million dollar mop-up man that cant pitch one scoreless inning. I gotta agree with Jason on this one. I would be happy as hell if we got Ainsworth, Foppert, and someone else. Colon is a proven winner and dominating as hell when he wants to, he would be the missing piece to the Giants domination. They have a whole s***load of great prospects and I think we could easily get three good ones. It will not only make us a whole lot better in the future, but we can still win this year. We'd have something like Buehrle, Loaiza, Foppert, Garland, other Giant acqusition. That would make our depth alot deeper and we'll be built for years to come.

So would I. Cotts, Borchard, Lee, whatever it takes. I mean, two great proven players for Borchard, who I think will never turn out to be what we expected, and Lee, who swings for the fences everytime? This will make the fans come out in droves and tell the whole world that we're serious about winning this year. I wouldnt mind getting Suppan either. That lineup and rotation would be amazing. But this is most likely a pipedream.

I'm not getting my hopes up neither. I'm just glad that we're in this division.
