His obp is not too bad this year., it is better than johnny damon's career obp, and he has always been a lead- off hitter.

If beltre hits better than .280 next year i think i will fall over. Imo there is no doubt that this is a career year for him. Once he gets paid an insane amount of money he will go back to being not all that great.

I agree, his range is excellent, but he still makes his share of errors.
