Yes that was a good year but he has also had two s***ty years that he averaged 3.5 yards per carry. All in all his career average per rush is only 4, not that great.

4 yards per rush is decent nothing spectacular. Of course if you run the ball enough you will average over 1000 yards in a season.

I agree that there have been some who have come out and did well. But many more fail than succeed, you will see that within the next few years because 18-19 year olds are just not strong enough and have not developed enough to match up against the veterans. There are gonna be so many busts that it's goona be ridiculous. People need to realize while these kids are putting up excellent numbers in highschool that it is just that highschool. The majority of people they are against are in the range of 5'6- 6'4. So of course if you are 7 foot you can easily dominate.

They can live their dream out a few years later and develope into much better players. Coming out early really helped curry and chandler didn't it, crawford for that matter.
