I’m going to admit that I am not a very fast typer, actually I’m a pretty slow typer. In my Keyboard class I have a high 46-WPM. I tried the test given in this thread and I kept messing up. :banghead
  2. I second Steff's post.

I don’t want to turn this thread into a “What’s your favorite banner?” kind of thread but I’m just going to go ahead and say that the one with Cliff Politte (the angry one) was funny as hell since this whole board was raging about how this team was out of it.
  4. R.I.P. to those who died in the crash. Glad that papa Bush was not in the incident at that time.

Best banner I've seen so far. Nice job.
  6. 9.) Seed of Chucky $3,136,000
  7. 1.) National Treasure $35,298,000 2.) The SpongeBob SquarePants Movie $33,500,000 3.) The Incredibles $26,790,000 4.) The Polar Express $15,215,000 5.) Bridget Jones: The Edge of Reason $10,106,000 For the first time in over a year, two new films opened to north of $30M each over the same frame as Disney's action adventure National Treasure and Paramount's The SpongeBob SquarePants Movie both generated solid debuts despite playing to similar audiences. Competing animated films The Incredibles and The Polar Express helped make it a bustling weekend at North American theaters with ticket sales for the top ten reaching their highest point since the Fourth of July holiday session.

I‘ll be going to my cousin’s house where we’ll have tons and tons of relatives coming. Lots and lots of food as well. Can’t wait.

No, I’m not trying to slam you or anyone else. I said that I wouldn’t spend over $100 on a dog but even though if I get a dog for less than that I’m eventually going to spend more than 100 bucks on the dog itself in a course of a year. And I believe that every dog owner goes through that and knows that. I just meant to say it. Hopefully you can understand my post a little bit better.

Well I’m glad you’re comfortable with the decision. And even though I said that I myself would not pay over $100 for a dog, you’re still not going to save any money. For the reason that you have to take care of an animal like if it were your own child. You need to buy food, take care of it, take it to the vet at least twice a year and so on. All of these actions will eventually equal more than 100 bucks. But that’s all right with me. I enjoy having a pet dog.

No offense but I wouldn’t spend over $100 on a dog. That’s just me though. I have a Beagle, which I adopted last year for only $50, and she’s no problem. A small dog who doesn’t shed a lot of hair and is easy to take care of.

I'm almost the same as you. I’m not a real big fan of bowling (I’ve only gone bowling like three times) but this one time when I was in 6th grade I went to a party which took place in a bowling alley and I had 4 strikes in a row! I don’t know what that equals but it was the very first time I ever picked up a bowling ball.
  15. Like many, I don’t have a problem with Polanco but if we do sign him where in our lineup would he be most suitable at? He had only 7 stolen bases this past season. Only 7. Harris had 19 or something like that. Now I’m not saying Willie is better than him but will Polanco be a good #1 or #2 hitter even though he wont steal more than 20+ bags?

  18. Man, this game looks ugly as hell!
  19. Happy Birthday, YASNY!!!
  20. Very slow start for the Bulls in the 1st quarter. Their shooting has been awful so far (can’t shoot for s***) and the defense needs to get tougher.
  21. That’s very sad news. Hope she gets better.
  22. Bulls season starts tomorrow. Can’t wait.
  23. Just arrived from school and I see that Mr. Bush has won the election. My parents must be celebrating at work right now. 4 more years!
