With the success of Santiago, Q, and Rienzo in two starts, I would be looking to trade for pitchers from our minor leagues if I were another team.

Semien being on the 40 man isn't going to hurt anything, and is Wilkins rule 5 eligible? I doubt he's a great candidate, but they may want to add him anyways.

Can't say I ever saw Boone Logan putting up a 2.15 ERA in a season coming.

Yeah Ozuna wasn't in the Mitchell report. He got busted a few years later, after his time with the Sox. Armando Rios, Schoenweis, and Parque were the past Sox players in the report.
