Well, the Gil Meche deal looks like it will work out OK for the amount of criticism they took. But this? I can't possibly see this ending well. 36 million for him? Really, KC? Fitting he signs this the day it is announced that the Mitchell Report will be out next week.

This is so disheartening. Unless half of the Tigers show up in the Mitchell report, I feel like we have already lost. We can no longer be buyers, no way. And hell, it will hard to even be sellers. The Tigers not only have talent, they have young talent.
