  1. QUOTE(BigSqwert @ May 24, 2006 -> 06:19 PM) You're wrong. I'm pretty sure from what I remember they don't have the roast beef sandwich that is availble in right field on the bottom deck. No roast beef=Terrible food
  2. QUOTE(Milkman delivers @ May 24, 2006 -> 06:17 PM) Hey, how long has the user box at the bottom of the page been back? So glad they put that back! I think just today. Anyway, no I rarely ever read the first page. The only thing I ever read are the Future Sox articles and every once in awhile the Hot or Not articles.
  3. The upstairs food is terrible. Right field roast beef sandwich FTW!
  4. QUOTE(Kalapse @ May 24, 2006 -> 05:57 PM) This is true, he played 7 games and 58 Innings over there, he also avoided picking up a single error over that 7 game span. That's better than Crede.
  5. QUOTE(Greg Hibbard @ May 24, 2006 -> 04:11 PM) I would venture to say that we are at least .500 at home against them since 2001... Considering we have only beaten them in 2 series at home and neither was a sweep, I would highly doubt it. QUOTE(NYSox35 @ May 24, 2006 -> 06:05 PM) I'm guessing .51 is way higher than normal, right? That's an extra run per 2 starts. So yeah, that's a lot.

    The Red Roof Inn commercial is by far the greatest commercial of all-time.
  7. I sat through that not expecting a punch-line.
  8. Santana is on a much different when he faces us to be considered a pitcher. I think a more appropriate term would be "God".
  9. In terms of crowd intensity in games I have been to, that's right up there with World Series Game One, and the first game of the playoffs. 2001 was probably the peak of the cross-town rivalry, and the Grand Slam just blew the lid of the place. Totally unexpected at the time. I remember I was in a box suite for the game(only time ever), and my whole body was shaking with nervousness when he came up. And then I just went absolutly insane.
  10. QUOTE(BigSqwert @ May 22, 2006 -> 12:46 AM) Blanco not exactly a stud replacement. Understatement of the year.
  11. QUOTE(Felix @ May 21, 2006 -> 01:05 AM) So you think that every single Cubs fan thats alive today deserves to die without seeing their favorite team win a World Championship? Just the cost of cheering for the Cubs...
  12. Yeah, DJ does a lot of the Sox games they broadcast on Saturday. He usually does a better job when he's not with Hawk. Not to say I wouldn't want Hawk around....
  13. QUOTE(NUKE_CLEVELAND @ May 20, 2006 -> 09:12 PM) Link? northsidebaseball.com It's absolutly hilarious over there. I'll give those fans credit for being funny.
  14. Where is the default pink skin?
  15. No Eric Milton? Did he use up this status last year?
  16. QUOTE(Iwritecode @ May 11, 2006 -> 06:25 PM) Ahh... It's good to see at least one of the companies can design a controller right the first time and stick with it throughout the newer versions of the system. I would hate having to get used to a new controller every time I bought the lastest system. So Nintendo is duping people into buying a newer version of the same thing they already have just because it's a little bit smaller and the screens are brighter? 1st, I don't believe you can use the Sony PlayStation 2 controllers on PS3. The new PS3 controllers will not have rumble(absolutly terrible choice, I know), and will have to be wireless. 2nd, PSP is getting a redesign as well, so both companies deserve some critisism is that area(Even though I admit I'll be picking up the DS Lite when it hits).
  17. The Nintendo conference was awesome. Super Mario Galaxy looks the best of the games so far, along with Red Steel.
